We all have struggles from time to time. For some people those struggles can feel overwhelming and bring you to a place where you feel a sense of heaviness and are tearful more than you typically have been. Talking to a counselor can help.
Many times people may be struggling with life challenges with issues of depression, anxiety, anger or a traumatic event. They may also be experiencing grief and loss issues due to a death or a divorce. They may also be facing one of life’s natural transitional times like childbirth, raising children as they change from stage to stage, or entering into a blended family. Other natural life changes are when children leave high school and enter life as a adult on their own, as well as the time when we enter retirement or if one loses mobility or ability due to aging, injury or illness.
Talking to a counselor can help.
